Caring for your clothing

To care for your clothes, wash on cold, and dry on low. All fabric is prewashed to minimize shrinking of your clothes. 

Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your Tiny Hazard Co purchase, please contact us at tinyhazardco@gmail.com within 7 business days of receipt for a refund/return. After 7 business days, returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and tags. Restocking fee may apply. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on sale items, pre-orders, or custom orders.  Customers paying with a third party app will only be offered a store credit for returns and a 10% fee will be added to all returns.  

3rd Party App  Policy

Please keep in mind, the chances of overselling if you use a 3rd party app to purchase. If oversold, orders will be refunded. 

Shipping 

Ready to ship items ship within 7 business days. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. If you are preordering,  please refer to each pre-order for processing times.  Pre-order items and ready to ship items will ship at the pre-order turnaround time.  If you would like in ready to ship items to ship sooner, please make separate orders. 

Please note, all items are handmade in a 1 Outside only Cat, 3 Inside/outside dogs, non-smoking home.
